• A full refund for all purchases within 30 days, if customer is not satisfied with their product.
  • The product needs to be in re-sealable condition for the return to be accepted.
  • A voucher of the same value can redeemed, or any product of the same price.
  • No refunds of vouchers accepted.
Faulty Products
If the product is used or unused, please return to packaging (where possible) and get in touch via our "contact us" page.
However, products that have signs of being worn over extended periods, will be considered as refundable, but may be returned to sender if not.
 
Products gained through promotions will not be refundable.
